The Second Post

Oh, wow.

It’s been…a while since The First Post.

A lot has happened!
Most importantly, we had another baby girl, Emma. As of this writing, the girls are 4 and 2, and they keep me B.U.S.Y.
We moved to small-town North Texas, and absolutely love it up here. We’re closer to Oklahoma than to Dallas, and I’m 100% ok with that.
This one is sad - my mom and grandma passed away in a tragic car accident in May 2021. They were on their way home after a wonderful weekend visit to our new house. We made tie-dye shirts, we ordered pizza, we hung out all day on a rainy Sunday. I miss them tremendously.

Aside from all that, I’ve still been crafting, just haven’t been posting. I’ve been in a fog of sorts, but I’m coming back!

AND, I’m really excited about this one - we frequent a downtown establishment called Little Wooden Penguin, and they’ve graciously allowed me to offer craft classes! We made Fairy Doors earlier this month (June 2022), and this Wednesday (6/29), we’re making Popsicle Stick Uncle Sams. (blog posts coming for both, will link later)

I don’t know where this crafting adventure will go, but I still have my craft business dreams.
